U-SNAP-BAC is a local community based organization. United Streets Networking And Planning: Building A Community development corporation, commonly known as U-SNAP-BAC, is a community-based organization committed to the redevelopment of Detroit's East Side. Since 1985, U-Snap-Bac has been dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the citizens of Detroit through community organizing, citizen empowerment and housing development.
